Pen Pal Poets was established in New York City in 2013 by Linda Kleinbub and Burt Baroff. Pen Pal Poets is a group of diverse poets, artists, storytellers, and musicians. We produce and promote poetry readings throughout the city. We culture a community that encourages joys for the arts and we aim to bring that wonder to communities across the city. Past readings were held at 6BC Community Garden, Playhouse Theater, and Z Bar. We began reading at the New York City Poetry Festival in 2016.
