Poets, of Course, are a collective of creative people with neurodivergence and intellectual disabilities. Our normal might not be your normal. We are smooth and soft like ice cream on a hot day. We occupy new dimensions. We respect each other and help each other. We include and acknowledge our partnerships with the direct support professionals that support us. We are dazzling and proudly present our neurodivergent creativity for all. We have performed at the CUNY Poetry Festival, the New York City Poetry Festival, local parks and community centers and independent book stores.
